Muxtape allows you to create an online playlist of mp3s which you have on your local drive. You can upload 12 tracks and order them any-which-way-you-want.

Their mp3 player is gorgeously simple. The entire site is gorgeously simple. I love Muxtape.

God only knows what the legalities about his site are though. They’re probably waiting for a big money buy out ala Youtube.
