I was cruising about youtube this morning looking for some football highlights of the great Morten Gamst Pedersen when I came across one of the weirdest myspace sites ever.
It’s not often that a footballer makes the transition into Pop music. Andy Cole brought out an Rn’B track a few years ago and Vinny Jones brought out a swing album, but I don’t remember much else. Morten has inspiried two fans to make their own type of pop music, it’s called footballer music. You’re going to have to check out Morten Gamst Pedersen for Mayor for yourself to figure out their unique style. Somehow they are unsigned at this moment, but I’m guessing that it won’t be long before they’re one Top of the Tops.
I’m not sure how all this love for Morten began but he is quickly becoming the biggest football idol in the premiership. He is a bit of a hero!

I’m half of the band, great to see you’re getting the word about. We’re only a couple of students who have a thing for Gamst and have made it into the Norwegian newspapers. Its odd to think it started as a bit of fun.
Chris, I too have a thing for MGP but I think your thing might be bigger than mine!
I loved there songs i thought they where great i also love morten to but in a different way i think hes drop dead gorgeous and i love blackburn rovers
